CYNTHIA STANHOPE BFA, RMT, ST
Cynthia began her career as a Shiatsu Practitioner in 1991, working as an Apprentice at the Shiatsu Centre in Toronto. She entered the Massage Therapy Diploma Program at Sutherland-Chan Teaching Clinic in 1995 and received her Registered Massage Therapy designation in 1996.
After working for 2 years at Sick Kid’s Hospital in the staff rehabilitation clinic, Cynthia opened her own Clinic, C.L. Stanhope and Associates in Toronto’s downtown. With a functioning clinic, Cynthia was invited to teach as Core Faculty Instructor at Sutherland-Chan. During her 8 years there, and working part time at her Clinic, Cynthia received her Certification in Adult Training and Development, from OISE, University of Toronto.
Cynthia and her husband found their way to Brighton, visiting with friends. Ten years later, they bought a cottage and set about making it their home. She joined Brighton Massage Therapy & Foot Care Clinic full-time in 2005, leaving the city behind her. Today, she is blessed with a busy practice that she thoroughly enjoys.
Donna McDonald, B.Sc., RMT
After completing a Bachelor of Science degree from Trent University, Donna attended The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy to study massage therapy. In 1996, Donna opened Brighton Massage Therapy Clinic where she has been practicing Massage Therapy for the past 20 years.
She has taken many post graduate courses to expand her skills in therapeutic massage. Courses include craniosacral therapy, prenatal and postnatal massage, infant massage instructor, myofascial release and complicated shoulder and wrist treatments just to name a few.
Donna is passionate about the positive effects of massage therapy on the body and mind. She encourages her clients to take an active role in their healing process by teaching proper stretching and homecare. She will work with you on many musculoskeletal conditions including injury rehabilitation, assist in the relief of headaches, rotator cuff issues or help alleviate chronic low back pain.
In her spare time, Donna enjoys gardening and a relaxed life on the farm with her family and their bulldog 'Dave'.
Brandon Smith, RMT SMTcc
In 2005, Brandon graduated from Sir Sanford Fleming College and became a Registered Massage Therapist. He is a Sports Massage Therapist cc, and a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario. He is an avid amateur athlete and takes part in sports all year round.
Brandon has taken many postgraduate courses that focus on deep tissue therapy. Among them are Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment, Trigenics, and Soft Tissue Release. He has worked with the National Rugby and with the World Lacrosse Championships.
With hands on manipulation of soft tissue and joints Brandon uses a functional approach to rehabilitate any injuries and decrease any symptoms of discomfort his clients may have. Brandon looks forward to working with you!

Deeanna Cronin, RMT
Deeanna has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2011, after graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She enjoys health and fitness so it was a career path that felt natural.
She is passionate about all aspects of massage but specializes in fascial therapy, prenatal and infant massage.
Outside of work she is a Mom of 2 great kids, Co-owner of a gym, coaches figure skating and likes to be active in the community.
Olivia Flegg, RMT, CSMT
Olivia is a 2015 honors graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy Advanced Diploma program from Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario. She is currently a member of the College Of Massage Therapists Of Ontario and an Ontario certification candidate for the Canadian Sports Massage Therapist Association. Olivia also holds a diploma in Fitness And Health Promotion, which she completed in 2011 at St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario, giving her knowledge in exercise prescription and personal training.
Olivia’s future plans include continuing her education in Manual Osteopathy . She is also furthering her studies in sports injury and assessment. Olivia currently specializes in deep tissue massage and sports massage. She also practices Dynamic Taping.
In her spare time, Olivia can be found at the gym or running outdoors.
